A UK-based furniture e-commerce brand wanted to launch a premium bedroom collection sourced from Foshan. The challenge: complex FBA prep requirements, fragile-item packaging, and the need for consistent wood grain matching across production batches.

Scheme

We audited 8 Foshan furniture factories and shortlisted 2 based on FSC certification and export experience.
