Billing cycleIn the same order, the billing cycle method is as follows:

※ During the rainy season or due to environmental changes, mold growth, moisture absorption leading to quality deterioration, or these phenomena caused by natural factors may occur during storage. No measures can completely prevent such occurrences, and we appreciate your understanding.
※ During the Chinese long holidays and other designated holidays specified by our company, the number of days will be calculated as usual. Please try to submit the shipping instruction before the long holidays
※ For long-term storage, please apply after fully understanding the aforementioned exemption clauses.

Calculation of overdue storage feesCNY 5/m³/day
If the quantity is less than 1 cubic meter, it will be calculated as 1 cubic meter (even if there is only one item).Similar to volume weight calculation, round up after the decimal point, so 1.1 cubic meters converts to 2 cubic meters.Goods are managed by barcodes and calculated automatically by the system. After the free period expires, fees will be deducted daily from the balance in My Page (charges are processed around midnight on the following day).Billing Example

No transaction commodity processing rulesContinuous long-term no-transaction warning!
◆ For customers who have no transactions for a continuous long period (over 180 days), our company will make a final contact via email or phone.
If there is still no reply after the final contact is made, it will be deemed as a waiver of ownership of the product, and the system will automatically perform disposal after 7 days from the date of the final contact.
◆ Billing will stop after submitting the shipping instruction. However, if international freight charges remain unpaid for an extended period and contact cannot be established after submission, the item will be discarded in the same manner as described above. Please be advised.
