BeeSrc Refund PolicyRefund PolicyReturn and refund rules for BeeSrc sourcing services

Important noticeThis policy applies to Chinese product purchasing agency services provided through BeeSrc. Cross-border sourcing involves complex procedures, so please review the rules before placing an order.

Article 1 Cancellation

After payment is confirmed, cancellation or changes are generally not available. If cancellation or change is necessary, please contact the responsible staff member. We will review the order progress and supplier policy.

Article 2 Returns

Defective goods or shipping mistakes found within China may be returnable if return shipping costs are covered, subject to supplier negotiation.

If an item is judged defective after arriving in Japan, we will propose compensation within the applicable responsibility scope or assist with seller negotiation.

If the return period has expired, the return contract becomes invalid and no refund is available. Please inspect goods promptly after receipt.

Article 3 Refunds

Purchasing service fees are not refunded because goods are returned.

Refunds for defective returns or estimated-price differences may be requested after final shipment settlement, and are generally returned to the designated account within two business days.

When a member requests balance withdrawal, the transfer fee is borne by the member. If the refund is caused by our responsibility, we bear the fee.

Return and refund process

If you find an issue, contact support promptly and provide photos or other evidence. We will assist with supplier negotiation and process the refund after the plan is confirmed.

Important notes

Cross-border returns and refunds are complex. International shipping, duties, and similar costs are usually borne by the member, and return success depends on supplier policy.
