About Regular Membership Tier Rules

Automatic Tier Upgrade：A member’s tier (V0–V10) is automatically determined by cumulative transaction volume. Once you meet the required volume threshold, your tier is upgraded instantly — no manual application is needed.

Cumulative Transaction Volume Calculation：From the date of registration, all successfully completed and settled order amounts are continuously accumulated. The volume is calculated based on the actual paid order amount; order cancellations or refunds will be deducted from your accumulated total.

Fee Reduction Example:When your cumulative procurement volume reaches ¥45,000 CNY, your service fee rate will automatically drop to 4.2% (V4 tier). Transactions are counted toward your cumulative volume only after the goods in the order have been shipped.

Tier Progression (No Downgrades):Your cumulative transaction volume is permanently retained, and your tier will only increase over time (refunds are the only exception that may reduce the total). You can check your current cumulative volume and tier progress at any time in the Member Center.

Regular Member Rules (V0-V10)

1.Registration & Access

You become a regular member automatically upon registration with an initial V0 tier. Your rank will be upgraded progressively as your cumulative transaction volume grows.

2.Tier Assessment

Membership levels ranging from V0 to V10 are judged by cumulative transaction value. The system updates data automatically and upgrades your tier immediately once the volume requirement is satisfied.

3.Service Fee Discount

Tiered service fees apply to regular members, with rates ranging from 5.0% down to 3.0%. The fee percentage declines steadily alongside tier elevation based on your current rank.

4.Entitled Benefits

Basic privileges cover basic quality inspection, free return and exchange for defective goods, complimentary warehousing and outbound shipping services.

5.Tier Retention & Upgrade

Membership levels only rise and never drop. Transaction volume accumulates permanently. You may view your real-time accumulated volume and tier progress in the member center anytime.
